OBS.: Our company, when requested by the customer, may indicate a quality and reliable carrier from the company!
3 - In cases of repentance or withdrawal (cancellation) of the purchase on our website, exchange period of 03 (three) calendar days, in case of return of the product when there is something damaged, it is up to 07 (three) calendar days after analysis of our specialists (it is important to remember that we deliver to the whole country and abroad, but according to freight paid by the customer, or withdrawal from the producer and/or liturgical art directly at the company. The responsibility for freight is the responsibility of the carrier whose refund policy has of your customers are damaged), as per the CDC, from the date of receipt at the requested address.

Delivery Policies
Why do payment options affect the delivery time of my order?
For payment options via bank slip and online debit, the activation of the order only occurs after confirmation of payment. In the case of a bank slip, this confirmation can be sent to Empresa Estrela Guia Artes Sacras within 2 business days after the payment is completed. For this reason, the delivery time for these payment options may be extended.
OBS.: For deliveries of products for assembly, a team will be transferred to assembly, according to transport, food and accommodation expenses (when necessary) paid by the customer.
